Dispatch
All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so. Please note that orders are mainly sent on weekdays.
How long for shipment?
Receiving time=Processing time+Shipping time.
1) Processing time: 1-5 Working Days
Note: the processing time may be affected if there is a delay because of the fact that we have to customize the top-selling products to be of better quality or there is something wrong with our manufacturing process and it may need more time. We usually notify our customers if it happens and we will offer partial refund for shipping.
2) Shipping Time:
Note: the shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside USA or Canada), bad weather and international couriers.Some of the orders may be delayed by COVID-19. Please wait with a little more patience. Thanks!

SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING
All items will be delivered via Postal Service or DHL. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Post Service or DHL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
CUSTOMS / ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
Tracking tools linked with tracking number that shows in the order can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Febedress is not responsible for fault of delivery by Postal Service or DHL. Please let us know, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
All parcels shipped with DHL are dispatched from our warehouse with signature required upon delivery. If you select safe drop with postal service or signature release with DHL please ensure there is a safe location at your address for the postal service to leave your parcel unattended. Febedress is not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the postal services have delivered to your address.
CUSTOMER PICK UP
As we are an online store, unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases, or viewing prior to purchasing. If you urgently need your order, please email us and we can schedule a pick-up time.
